How to program tire sensors?
I changed the rims and the tire pressure light came on. I was told from infiniti specialist that they have to reprogram the tire sensors by a computer or machine. It costs $75 to do it and I think it is a rip off. Is there a way to program it by myself or any other ideas?

I've had 4 different sets of rims on SLICK using the same sensors without an issue. Sounds to me like they didn't install one of them right or you do have a tire losing air....you have checked your tire pressure? Call Nissan and ask them what they'll charge to do the reset, Infiniti thinks they're too special to charge a reasonable price to fix anything. I don't know of anyone that has the ability to reset those sensors....sorry!

Yes, there is a procedure where you set the tires to specific pressures, put the car in TPMS learning mode and drive around.
